Odby\u0142y si\u0119 one w ramach akcji informacyjnej &#8222;Lekki tornister&#8221;. Prowadzi\u0142a je pracuj\u0105c\u0105 w naszej szkole fizjoterapeuta, p. E. W\u00f3jcik.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Noszenie ci\u0119\u017ckiego i \u017ale dopasowanego tornistra przez uczni\u00f3w skutkuje utrzymywaniem nieprawid\u0142owej postawy cia\u0142a, co mo\u017ce przyczyni\u0107 si\u0119 do b\u00f3l\u00f3w kr\u0119gos\u0142upa, a w efekcie doprowadzi\u0107 do powa\u017cnych schorze\u0144 ortopedycznych i neurologicznych. Dlatego dzieci dowiedzia\u0142y si\u0119 na zaj\u0119ciach jak \u201eci\u0119\u017cki\u201d powinien by\u0107 plecak\/tornister oraz jak go prawid\u0142owo dopasowa\u0107, by nie obci\u0105\u017ca\u0142 niepotrzebnie kr\u0119gos\u0142upa. Wa\u017cn\u0105 spraw\u0105 jest noszenie tornistra na obu ramionach. Druga cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 zaj\u0119\u0107 po\u015bwi\u0119cona by\u0142a zachowaniu prawid\u0142owej postawy w czasie lekcji. Uczestnicy zobaczyli, co dzieje si\u0119 z kr\u0119gos\u0142upem, gdy le\u017c\u0105 na \u0142awkach b\u0105d\u017a nieprawid\u0142owo w nich siedz\u0105 oraz nauczyli si\u0119 jak nale\u017cy prawid\u0142owo siedzie\u0107 w na lekcji (proste plecy, stopy oparte o pod\u0142og\u0119, podparty
